What happened?

So, all of my friends are either getting engaged, getting married, or getting pregnant and here I am... single Ashley living in Mom and Dad's house. How awesome am I?

This time last year, I was on top of the world. I thought I'd finally found my Prince Charming and I'd be getting my "Happily Ever After." Now, I'd give anything to go back three years knowing what I know now. I'd ignore that metal kid with the argyle sweater, bald head, goatee, chain wallet, and tennis shoes. I'd tell him no thank you and that I wasn't looking to date anyone.

It's been almost 6 months and I don't think it gets any easier.

Sunday

Well, today started off the same. Watched some Law and Order, also on a marathon. Gotta love reruns and marathons. However, I met Katie and Bobby in town for some lunch. A very late lunch, but lunch nonetheless. Then, Katie and I went to Walmart for some grocery shopping. We bought lots of stuff for themed dinners. Tonight we had man food... wings, fried pickles, nachos, etc. Quite delicious. :) Tomorrow we will be having Asian night... mmm sushi. :) :) After dinner we played a rousing game of Phase Ten Twist. Only got 3/4 of the way through it... it's the longest game in the world, seriously. Now I am off to bed. Goodnight World.

Oh p.s. I thought that school started up again tomorrow, but I was wrong. It starts Tuesday, so hooray for an extra day of vacation!! Woot woot!! :)

Welcome 2010

Well, yesterday I spent the day in bed watching the marathon of Criminal Minds. I did a few loads of laundry but that's about it. I also joined eHarmony because they're having a free communication weekend. So hopefully I'll meet a nice guy and have someone to talk to.

Today, I am still working on laundry and maybe I will finally find enough motivation to clean my room. Currently I am laying in bed watching Flip This House, I also think it's a marathon. My what an exciting year it's turning out to be.
